At Howard Kennedy we are committed to supporting the wellbeing of our people. This commitment is reflected in the benefits we offer and initiatives we have in place. This includes our annual wellbeing festival, guest speakers who present on a wide range of wellbeing themes, and the recent introduction of Mental Health First Aiders.

Lauren Goulding, HR Business Partner

Through a comprehensive set of benefits, we do all we can to take care of our people.

Through private medical insurance, dental insurance, a virtual GP service, eye tests, and annual flu vaccinations we equip our people with the tools they need to maintain their health. We also provide income protection in the event that they become unable to work for a period of time.

We encourage our people to talk about their mental and emotional health by providing access to mental health first aiders, an employee assistance programme and a number of resilience support tools.

Meanwhile, we believe that staying healthy also includes eating well and getting regular exercise, which is why we provide free fruit at work, yoga classes and corporate discounts on gym memberships. We also maintain an annual diary of resilience seminars and other wellness initiatives.

And having the opportunity to take a break from work is key to performing well at work, so we offer everyone at Howard Kennedy 25 days of holiday every year.
