For expectant parents and families, we know any extra support we can give helps. We offer enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption pay.
For those coming back to work with little ones, we offer coaching and access to a parental portal with a suite of resources to support new parents. We also offer corporate membership to WorkLife Central which provides access to tailored, expert-led resources to support our people in their work and home lives.
We understand that no journey to parenthood is ever the same. With the introduction of our Fertility Leave and Pregnancy Loss policies, we acknowledge and provide our people with support during a time when it is perhaps needed most.
We know that, at times, managing home life with work-life can be difficult. At Howard Kennedy, we continue to invest in practices that make agile and home working easy and we foster a culture that encourages our people to do so.
Meanwhile, the collaborative spirit of our firm is backed by the social nature of our people. Through our robust diary of events, people from across the firm come together to network and strengthen cross-departmental relationships. From monthly breakfasts to regular drinks, we aim to connect every member of the firm so that they feel good about where they work and who they work with.
And if they wish to, our people can take a volunteering day (on top of their holiday allowance) so that they can help to give back to society. We also have a Give As You Earn scheme. This means that everyone has the option to select a charity to contribute to through payroll which will come out of their gross pay.
