Krisha Jethani is an India-qualified Advocate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team with a focus on cross-border litigation and international arbitration.
She advises on a broad range of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, civil fraud and corporate disputes.
Her experience includes various commercial litigation and arbitration mandates, and extends to corporate insolvency, private law and family disputes. She has a keen interest in international commercial arbitration, as well as finance and fin-tech disputes.
Prior to joining Howard Kennedy, Krisha worked as an Associate and Articled Clerk at a boutique litigation firm in Mumbai. During her time there, Krisha acted for large corporations, HNWIs and real estate developers at the Bombay High Court, the Supreme Court of India and the National Company Law Tribunals.
Krisha co-authored "Cutting the Gordian Knot: Indian Parties in Foreign Seated Arbitrations", Asian Dispute Review (July 2021), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
Krisha has a BLS LLB from Government Law College, University of Mumbai, and qualified in India in 2019. Krisha recently graduated with a Commercial LLM from the University of Cambridge.
