Jazmin Brown is a family law solicitor advising on divorce and finances, private children matters and nuptial agreements. She is also a Resolution qualified mediator, guiding separated couples through their financial and children arrangements.
Jazmin deals with all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial remedies, private children law and nuptial agreements.
She predominantly supports high-net-worth entrepreneurs, sporting personalities, and their spouses and partners. Her practice is evenly split between financial work and private children work. She also advises on Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 cases, and has experience acting both for the applicants and respondents in such cases.
She often works with vulnerable clients who require urgent occupation and non-molestation orders to protect themselves from their spouse or ex-partner either as a result of domestic abuse or sustained harassment and/or controlling behaviour. She regularly works alongside therapists, domestic abuse consultants and wealth management advisers to offer a holistic approach to individuals who have experienced excessive control during a relationship.
Jazmin is a Resolution trained family law mediator, offering in-person and virtual meetings in relation to financial and children arrangements for separated couples.
