About

Howard Goulden supports the coordination of the firm's internationally focused activity and future strategy.

An employment lawyer by practice, Howard was a partner for many years. He is an active contributor to the firm's international business development activity. Acting as an ambassador for the firm he builds strong long term relationships with domestic and international corporate and individual clients, advisers, referrers and contacts around the world.

These relationships are integral in terms of creating work and opportunities both into and out of the UK. He is also one of the firm's key contacts with Howard Kennedy's international networks.

Meanwhile, Howard continues to be a member of the Employment and Immigration team, both of which he started. His employment experience includes drafting and reviewing service agreements and contracts, consideration of breach of contract, unfair dismissal, termination and settlement agreements, restructuring and downsizing.

His significant experience covers employee competition and restraint of trade, including advising on team moves, employee/director duties and confidential information and generally strategising effective outcomes for both employers and employees.
