Rosalind Moore is a corporate solicitor with experience of a variety of transactional and non-transactional matters. Rosalind also works in the firm's tax practice advising on a variety of business tax matters.
Rosalind undertakes a wide range of corporate work, including share and asset sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment, corporate restructuring, and corporate governance. Her clients range from entrepreneurs to larger companies, both UK and international.
She is also a member of the firm's tax practice and has experience advising on the tax aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, with a particular interest in advising on venture capital schemes. Her corporate and tax knowledge means she is often able to consider her client's needs in the round to provide commercial and pragmatic advice.
- Assisting on the acquisition of a portfolio of student accommodation assets with a value circa £80 million.
- Assisting on the strategic acquisition of a UK circular technology company by a Norwegian private-equity backed Swedish company.
- Advising on the corporate and tax issues of a corporate restructuring of a bespoke lighting design business.
- Advising on the restructuring of various divisions of a UK oil pipeline servicing company in anticipation of a third party sale.
Rosalind lived in San Polo, Venice during the third year of her undergraduate degree.
