Partner Andrew Woolf joined Howard Kennedy's Corporate Department in 2004. Andrew was previously head of corporate finance at a corporate finance boutique, and prior to that at a leading City legal practice. He has particular expertise in advising businesses and intermediaries on mergers & acquisitions, management buy-ins and buy-outs as well as various stage fund raising exercises and structured offerings.

Andrew is also a consultant to CIB Partners Limited, a specialist corporate finance house to the financial services sector.
