Partner Nicky Stewart qualified as a solicitor in 1988. She joined Howard Kennedy's Property Department in June 2003. She specialises in general commercial property matters with a focus on landlord and tenant (in particular retail) and general investment work. She also has some experience in primary healthcare lettings and developments. Her main clients include a high street card retailer and a leading trade union and she advises a number of well known companies on property matters.
