Partner Simon Pullen joined Howard Kennedy in July 2005 in our Banking Department. He has over 25 years experience acting for a wide range of bank lenders as well as borrowers and investors. His extensive experience includes the negotiation and documentation of a broad variety of financial transactions including structured and cross border deals, secured and unsecured, syndicated and bilateral loans as well as guarantees and indemnities and related security issues.

Simon has property finance, hotel/leisure and healthcare, expertise and has also handled capital markets deals (both in publicly listed and privately placed securities), as well as equipment/asset finance and trade finance.
