Partner Matthew Morgan is a member of the firm's Property Department. He joined Howard Kennedy in 2003 as part of the merger with Amhurst Brown Colombotti and was made partner in 2005.

He qualified in 1997 and handles a range of commercial property matters including investment acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant work including lease renewals. His clients range from retail and leisure operators to large scale entrepreneurial investors.
