We have an excellent long-standing record in all litigation matters. We also have in depth experience of the field of arbitration, as well as alternative dispute resolution and mediation.

In recent years the team has experienced an increase in the number of international arbitrations with a number of our clients wishing to resolve their disputes in this way, rather than by relying upon the Court system in England or upon the local law and procedure of an overseas jurisdiction.

We advise major corporations, including clients in the oil and gas exploration and production sector as well as State-owned entities. We advise on cases, often varied and complex, which may be subject to foreign substantive law and we work closely with lawyers in other jurisdictions in an integrated manner in relation to all aspects of the case in hand.
