Partner Ruth Moore joined Howard Kennedy’s Private Client Department in 2007 having qualified in 1994.

Ruth strengthens the team by advising clients in relation to estate planning, probate, preparation of Wills, preparation of trusts and their general administration.

She also deals with personal injury trusts for the preservation of benefits, receivership and enduring power’s of attorney.

Ruth is also a published author in the legal press, often commenting on trustees in divorce situations.
