As well as providing companies and their directors with realistic solutions to their financial difficulty, we also assist solvent businesses in the use of appropriate techniques and procedures to allow an orderly and effective programme of business reconstruction. Creditors are advised on their rights and options, if necessary including effective recovery actions.

We also assist turnaround specialists and insolvency practitioners in their efforts to rescue and retain value in businesses in financial distress.

In 2007 the firm established a dedicated corporate recovery and reconstruction service led by Vernon Dennis who has well over a decade of business recovery experience and is author of two highly regarded works on insolvency. The group draws from the firms existing wide ranging insolvency law expertise in its corporate finance, banking, employment, media and property departments, providing an experienced partner led service to its clients.
