Craig Thompson

Partner Craig Thompson joined Howard Kennedy's Corporate Department in September 2005 and is a member of the Corporate Real Estate team.

Craig has experience in corporate M&A, property finance and general banking. His corporate experience includes advising on flotations on both the Official List and AIM, fund raisings, domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Craig's finance expertise includes property investment, development lending and borrowing, tax structure finance, acquisition finance, corporate debt restructurings and acting for corporate borrowers and private lenders.
