Partner Peter Birkett joined Howard Kennedy's Property Department in April 2006. He specialises in investment, development, regeneration and infrastructure projects. His clients include pension funds, private investors, listed companies, public sector bodies, private sector organisations, large scale energy users and major residential developers. Recent projects include the Channel Tunnel Rail Link section 2, Liverpool One (formerly Paradise Street Development Area) and Ebbsfleet Valley at Dartford.
