Led by Keith Lassman, Howard Kennedy handled nine AIM listings with an aggregate value over £280m. An increase in cross-border work saw the firm act on the AIM admissions of The Eros Group and Handmade, from India and the US respectively.

M&A – smaller deals up to £50m
Howard Kennedy is especially strong on property-sector transactions, frequently advising on deals worth over £100m. Leisure and retail are other sectors of strength. It completed 23 M&A deals totalling £775m in 2006.
