Partner Justin Bryant joined Howard Kennedy in July 2007.

Justin is dual-qualified as a Solicitor and a Chartered Accountant. His main areas of expertise are corporate, personal and employee taxation. He is particularly used to giving advice on the tax aspects of business start ups, acquisitions and disposals. He also has wide experience of general and innovative tax planning ideas.

Before joining Howard Kennedy, Justin worked in the tax department of a major City Law firm and has also worked for two of the Big 4 international accounting firms.
