Naylah is experienced in both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. She advises employers on topics such as redundancies, performance-management, restrictive covenants, TUPE and restructuring, high-level exits, and management of disciplinary and grievance issues. She also advises senior executives on remuneration packages and termination agreements. Naylah has significant experience of working closely with corporate and commercial property teams during acquisitions and disposals, and is also experienced in dealing with Employment Tribunal litigation.
