Partner Nigel Emerson joined Howard Kennedy in 1999 and is the Head of the Banking Department and has over 20 years experience of representing borrowers and lenders. He handles the bank finance aspects of corporate acquisitions as well as advising on bank facilities generally.  His broad based practice has a significant international element and also comprises property and other asset-based finance. 

Nigel also has extensive experience of advising lenders and ship owners on ship construction, sale and purchase, finance and marine insurance issues.
