Partner Jonathan Levinson qualified in 1989 and joined Howard Kennedy as a partner in 2001. He is a member of the firm´s Litigation Department and advises on all areas of property litigation with particular expertise in landlord and tenant.
He mainly represents large private property investment companies. Particular areas of expertise include service charge disputes, distraint, insolvency, dilapidations, lease renewals and enfranchisement. He is a Member of the Property Litigation Association.
