Partner Keith Lassman joined Howard Kennedy in 1985 and is a member of the Corporate Department.

His practice includes corporate finance with particular expertise in AIM, VCT and main market flotations, mergers and acquisitions, and tax shelter based funds.

Keith is a member of the Securities Institute, deputy chairman of the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association and a non-executive director of three AIM listed companies.  He is also registered with the UK Listing Authority to undertake Sponsor activities.
