Partner Michael Harris joined Howard Kennedy in 1985 and is a member of the Corporate Department.

With over 25 years´ experience of corporate finance, he deals with all corporate finance matters focusing on private equity, public company takeovers, mergers and acquisitions both public and private.  Michael has also dealt with full stock exchange and AIM flotations, rights issues and unquoted public share offerings, including advising and acting in the role of Sponsor. 

He also deals with complex property related corporate and commercial transactions.  

Michael is a member of The Securities Institute, is SFA registered and is registered with the UK Listing Authority to undertake Sponsor activities.
