Partner Lindsey Alexander joined Howard Kennedy in May 2008, in the Family Team. Lindsey has extensive expertise in all aspects of family law involving high net worth individuals, including divorce, children and finances; this covers complex financial cases including family businesses and offshore assets, together with heavily contested children´s cases with dispute over residence and contact. She is an expert in dealing with disputes following the breakdown of relationships between non-married couples, usually involving a portfolio of properties. She also advises on pre-nuptial and pre-civil partnership agreements. Lindsey is a specialist in surrogacy and has been interviewed on radio about civil partnerships and has contributed to LNTV on the Adoption and Children Act 2002. She adopts a pragmatic approach in dealing with her clients, looking to "think outside of the box" in addressing solutions and preserving assets.
