Partner Ursula Danagher joined Howard Kennedy in May 2008 as the Head of the Family Team. Ursula has built up extensive experience in dealing with complex high value financial issues arising from the break down of relationships and adopts a commercial approach to dispute resolution generally. Ursula´s expertise includes advising on asset preservation and protection, cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements, civil partnerships and cases involving an international aspect with cross jurisdictional complexity.
