Solicitor Maria Kanaris joined Howard Kennedy in September 2001 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in September 2003. She has a broad range of commercial property experience including granting and taking leases and dealing with management matters in respect of industrial sites, offices and retail premises including shopping centres. Maria has acted mostly for landlord clients be they individual investors, property companies and/or banks. She also has experience in handling sales/acquisitions of offices and industrial premises and has assisted on a number of portfolio acquisitions relating to supermarkets, pubs and hotels. Maria has experience in refinancing and residential conveyancing.
