Partner Alan Banes joined Howard Kennedy as an assistant solicitor in 1970 and is now Head of the Corporate Department. He specialises in corporate finance transactions and the acquisition and disposal of both public and private companies. He also advises charities, particularly on governance issues, and is the Honorary Solicitor to the Multiple Sclerosis Society and a trustee of The Old Vic Theatre Trust 2000.
