Legal Executive Peter Ling joined Howard Kennedy´s Property Litigation Department in September 2003 from Amhurst Brown Colombotti on the merger of the two firms. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives having qualified in 1985 and has been a member of the Property Litigation Association since 2003. Peter acts for both landlords and tenants in both commercial and residential matters. His practice includes all aspects of property litigation including, but not exclusively, landlord and tenant disputes, 1954 Act lease renewals, enfranchisement, possession and/or forfeiture claims.
