Paralegal Paul Bryan joined Howard Kennedy in September 1999, from Peter T. James & Co as part of the merger between the firms. At Peter T. James & Co he was an outdoor clerk, where duties included the filing of applications at the Royal Courts of Justice and Residency applications at the HM Home Office and the London Passport Office.
In 2003, Paul joined the Residential Property Department, where he attends to the submission of all aspects relating to HM Revenue and Customs, Stamp Duty, Land Tax formalities at the Inland Revenue, and the dealing of registration and perfecting of land titles within the United Kingdom at HM Land Registry. Paul advises and liaises with all departments within the firm in connection with such areas.
