Paralegal Andrea Deslandes joined Howard Kennedy in April 2006. Andrea is a paralegal in the Property Investment Department, dealing with a wide range of property matters for both the UK and international clients, specialising in the purchase of investment property transactions and the development of property, working as part of a team for overseas investors and joint ventures. She has specialised in the area of land law for over 9 years, and has dealt with a diverse range of clients from both the UK and abroad.
