Solicitor Samantha Hook joined Howard Kennedy in April 2006 in the Property Finance Group. Sam is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. She is experienced in transactions involving financing, refinancing, acquisition, disposal leasing and management work as well as Islamic finance transactions. Clients include banks as well as commercial property investors and developers of freehold and leasehold properties. Law is a second career for Sam having previously spent some 14 years in commercial lending for a major private bank.
