Trainee Solicitor Stephen Greyling joined Howard Kennedy's Plot Sales department in February 2006. During his time in this department, Stephen assisted with the sales of plots at many large scale residential developments throughout the UK. He also attended several property launches on behalf of Howard Kennedy's developer clients at which up to two hundred contracts were exchanged on the day.
Stephen took up a training contract with the firm in September 2008. During his training so far, Stephen has gained experience in corporate acquisitions and disposals, VCT fund raising, setting up and managing charities, development site assembly, high value residential conveyancing, general commercial property transactions and SDLT structures.
