Consultant Gerard Cranley joined Howard Kennedy in 2006 and is a member of the Corporate Department.
Gerry advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and joint venture agreements and has particular experience of cross-border transactions, bankruptcy related restructuring and asset disposals. Gerry regularly advises, writes and speaks on corporate governance issues and was a contributor to a major study of corporate governance in the European Union. Gerry has a particular interest in family controlled businesses.
