Partner David Hill joined Howard Kennedy’s Corporate Department in November 2008 from DMA Legal LLP as part of the merger between the two firms. David has over nine years experience in both general corporate/commercial matters and energy work.
His corporate experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company law and corporate compliance. David´s commercial work includes data and software licensing, IT contracts, general terms and conditions and e-commerce. In the energy sector he has worked on a variety of UK and international projects covering such matters as licensing, production sharing arrangements, joint operations and share and asset sale and purchases.
