Solicitor Louise Bennett joined Howard Kennedy´s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department in February 2008. Louise has a broad range of experience in commercial dispute resolution, including High Court and County Court litigation, advocacy, mediation and alternative dispute resolution. She has acted for a number of commercial clients, including partnerships and companies, both in the UK and internationally. Louise also has experience in the areas of insolvency, intellectual property, professional negligence, breach of directors duties, company and partnership disputes.
