Partner Jeremy Butler joined Howard Kennedy in 1999 and is a member of the firm´s Property Finance group.

He has considerable experience in advising lenders on a variety of property finance transactions, including on investment properties and matters involving offshore borrowers across several jurisdictions.  Jeremy also deals with the provision of development finance for his clients.
