Solicitor Simon Brook joined Howard Kennedy´s Property Department in June 2006 and heads up a team of paralegals in the Investment Property division. Simon acts principally on the disposal of units in new developments at both single unit and multi-million pound bulk sale levels. With future residential disposals in mind, Simon also advises on the terms of site acquisition documentation and he offers advice within the firm concerning residential tenants´ rights of first refusal.
