Partner Derek Collinson joined Howard Kennedy in 2002 and is a member of the Property Finance Department.

He has over 30 years experience of acting on property investment and finance transactions. Clients include major banks, building societies, borrowers, property companies and private investors. He has particular expertise in commercial and residential investment, the practical aspects of property finance and drafting security documents.
