We welcome annual, and more frequent if requested, client meetings to review operational and work flow aspects and to incorporate any changes in expectations and requirements that have evolved. So as to ensure that we are addressing any particular areas for review or improvement and formally monitoring progress, we encourage our clients to provide on-going feedback.
