Partner Laurence Begner joined Howard Kennedy in May 2003 as a member of the Property Finance Department.

Laurence specialises in all forms of commercial property investment with substantial experience in commercial property, transacting and supervising complex property investment work, advising banks and building societies on the various aspects of property lending.

In addition Laurence is able to introduce clients to joint venture opportunities and providers of quality properties. His clients include private investment companies, property management companies and lending institutions.

Laurence has also acted for Healthcare and Charitable Organisations for many years and is currently the Trustee of both a charitable and an educational Trust giving hm an understanding of the requirements of both.
