Partner Kevin Bichard joined Howard Kennedy´s Property Department in 1999.

He has extensive experience of dealing with commercial and residential property, both from the point of view of the occupier and of the investor, investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and development.

His areas of expertise include investment sales and purchases, development work and commercial landlord and tenant advice. He also advises on enfranchisement and rights to extended leases of residential flats.
