Partner Christopher Donnison joined Howard Kennedy’s Litigation Department in September 2008 from Douglas-Mann & Co. as part of the merger between the firms. Christopher qualified in February 1983, his areas of specialisation include: personal injury; employment & professional conduct tribunals; breach of contract; agency disputes; performers´ protection rights.

Personal injury claims for actors, dancers, singers and stunt performers, nurses, radiographers, industrial painters, and members of the insurance industry in respect of a wide range traumatic and cumulative injuries.

Breach of contract work includes claims brought or defended on behalf of performers arising from their professional engagements, disputes with agents, and the breach of the employment agencies legislation.

Performers’ protection claims include actions in respect of unauthorised exploitation of performances in wide variety of media and countries.
