Partner Dov Katz joined Howard Kennedy in 2007 and is a member of the Corporate Department. Dov specialises in corporate finance with particular expertise in AIM flotations (acting for nominated advisers and issuers), fundraisings and public and private M&A including takeovers. His experience also includes joint ventures, MBOs, MBIs, general corporate transactions and company law and advice. Dov is a member of the Quoted Companies Alliance legal committee.
