Partner Sharokh Koussari joined Howard Kennedy in 2009 and deals with all areas of contentious employment law including unfair dismissal, contractual claims, discrimination, whistle blowing, injunctions and all other types of employment- related litigation.
His non-contentious expertise covers advice on redundancies. disciplinary or grievance procudures, and drafting contracts of employment and other documents, plus TUPE advice.
Sharokh is a skilled litigator. He has a wide London and international client base including private equity and corporate finance firms, high net worth City professionals, fund management companies, high profile media professionals, biotech and pharmaceutical companies, large property, national retailers, trade financiers, estate agents, manufacturers property and construction firms and the like. There are also a lot of senior executives, in particular bankers, instructing him in bonus cases and similar experience.
He has command of foreign languages including fluent French, Spanish, Italian and Farsi; a skill which is often employed on behalf of his many international clients.
